Agile CoachFor one of our clients we are currently looking for a Agile Coach on a freelance basis. The work is done remotely.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
- Enables the Transition to Agile by empowering teams to develop an Agile mindset
- Arms the Teams with the right agile knowledge, tools and training so that they’ll be able to use its full potential
- Supervision of the overall ways of working to identify optimization and efficiency potentials
- Initiates Process improvements across all Teams
- Implementation of Lean, Agile and efficient processes across all Teams and together with the Teams
- Driving the Transformation and implementation of harmonized, efficient new ways of working together with Management and Teams
- Contact person for Management and Teams whenever support is needed during the Transformation
- Facilitation and Participation of Management and Cross-Team Meetings and Workshops to drive Change and Improvements on Domain Level
- Develop a partnership with Leaders to accelerate the transformation journey
- Coaching of staff on all level on improving the ways of working
- Link between Management and Teams to harmonize and manage expectations and results delivered
- Helps to build up a trustful collaboration and working culture where improvement potentials can be shared and visualized across the domain
- Facilitator of structured and harmonized Retros across all Teams incl. Management
- Supports Teams on Sustainability of Learnings
- Support on Setup of overall KPI definition and measurement process to visualize results and improvement potentials
- Support on an overall structured Reporting across all Teams that can be used for information of upper Management
- experience in international agile project
- min. 3-5 years of experience in an Agile Coach role
- min. 3-5 years of working in a pragmatic and hands-on way outcome-focused with Senior Management
