SAP MDM Rollout Manager | 6-12 months | Remote & Germany
Our client is currently searching for an external SAP MDM Rollout Manager to manage their S/4HANA Template Rollout.
What the candidate should bring:
- Languages: English fluently oral and written (mandatory)/German (optional)
- Experience in Master Data projects in the sector of the manufacturing industry
- Experience in Master Data domains: Material, Customer, Supplier (Business Partner)
- Experience in SAP-MDG processes and the capabilities of the MDG technology
- Excellent soft skills to communicate with different kinds of people and mindsets with the ability to explain complex solutions very simple and easy.
- experience in leading big projects to organize and manage different parties and stakeholder
- SAP R3 and S4 knowledge especially high level in processes like purchasing, supply chain management, production & sales.
- Experience in third-party systems like Salesforce, Ariba or other solutions will be an advantage
Project scope & responsibilities of the candidate:
- Set up of a repetitive rollout concept and integrated plan for the master data solution
- Creation & organization of training materials
- Conduct or orchestration of trainings
- Leading workshops with business & IT
- Support of all End-2-End rollout teams to clarify template requests/gaps to gather & validate all demands towards the Master data solution
- Handover and management of all demands to the template & release management team
- Change management of Business & IT colleagues regarding master data processes
- Identification of technical & functional impacts of changes in a parallel systems environment (SAP/R3, SAP S/4, Master Data Hub scenario, SAP Business Objects Data Services)
- Creation, alignment & management of rollouts till cutover & handover activities
Start date: December 2021/January 2022
Duration: 6-12 months
Workload: 4-5 days/week
Location: 70% Remote,30% onsite (depending on Covid-19)
Language: English speaking (German is a Bonus)
