Tasks and responsibilities
• Source relevant candidates
• Screening CVs and pre-screen calls
• Manage end-to-end candidate experience
• Prepare and negotiate offers
• Manage hiring managers and stakeholders
• Serve as a trusted TA advisor to the business
Required Skillset
• 5+ years in recruitment
• Experience managing end-to-end processes
• Strong sourcing skills
• Senior stakeholder management and negotiation
