Requirement Engineer in hypercare period (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:


For our customer we are looking for a Requirement Engineer for supporting the hypercare period and handling with development partner.



Tasks:

- Requirements engineering for localisation demands for English Speaking Countries, includes demand management with development partner (e.g. grooming sessions, clarification calls, creating functional solution concepts, overseeing development, testing, documentation of changes / errors)

- Incident Management for Germany hypercare period, includes analysis of live incidents, creating workarounds, coordination with national IT departments, Global Service Desk and development partner

- Problem Management for Germany hypercare period, includes problem specification, creating bug tickets, testing of software fixes, communication to stakeholders

- General Incident / Problem Management with development partner,- includes Incidents and Problems from the live and test environment other than hypercare for Germany, e.g. clarification calls for incidents and problems with the development partner

- Testing of demands, workarounds and software fixes, includes test execution, creating and reviewing test cases, identifying functional and non-functional errors during testing

- Extending documentation and knowledge bases based on Incidents, Problems and Demands, includes creating new knowledge base articles from Incidents / Problems with workarounds, reviewing existing knowledge base articles for consistency and up-to-dateness, creation of release notes, guidelines, and manuals

Anforderungen:


Must-Have:

- professional project experience with requirements engineering (min. 5 years) and the tasks mentioned

- experience in handling with development partners

- Fluent in English (C-Level)



Nice-to-Have:

- Experience with C# .NET applications

- Experience with Mobile Devices

- Experience in the retail sector
