Main tasks:
- Take over tasks as IS project manager
- Lead the implementation of medium sized projects and ensure all associated requirements (compliance with client policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety and environmental requirements, financial targets and deadlines) are met
- Leading the project team assigned to the project through classical methods such as setting key guidelines, assigning project tasks, motivating and monitoring internal and external resources, and monitoring the achievement of the respective milestones
- Documentation of the respective results
- Environment is industrial and factory related.
- Definition and creation of requirement specifications
Main qualifications
- University degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
- Relevant work experience with logistics background must have
- Proven ability to successfully manage IT projects using traditional (Waterfall), modern (Agile) or a combination of these project management methodologies, with knowledge of Waterfall and Agile mandatory
- Fluent (written and spoken) in English, German nice to have
- Strong analytical skills, structured working style and the ability to prioritise and drive the important issues forward
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and with a positive "can do" attitude
- Strong business orientation and ability to deal with standardised IT services/rules and governance
