Release Readiness Manager (m/f/d)

Duration: 12 MM
Main tasks:
- Bring in operational perspective in the feature design e.g. in adding technical controls
- Assess test coverage and test cases being updated to cover new / changed functionality
- Work with the Product Owner team to define appropriate stakeholder involvement during test stages
- Work with the communications workstream to make all affected parties are informed (users, helpdesk, run organization)
- Evaluate operational readiness with the IAM operations team, verify documentation and hand-overs
- Asses and define the deployment strategy with the Technical Workstream to mitigate deployment risk (completeness of artifacts, deployment process and post-deployment validation)
- Monitor incidents / issues during the hyper-care phase after deployment and prioritize with Product Owner and IAM Technical Workstream lead and assure proper stakeholder communication
- Implement industry best practice
- Presenting the changes to the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
Main qualifications
- You have proven experience in project management
- Sound experience in preparing and assessing production readiness
- Deep understanding of the full software delivery life cycles including the DevOps approach
- Experience of agile at scale and hybrid projects
- Experience of rolling out projects that have international stakeholders at all levels
- Clear and concise communication
- Experience with IAM projects (highly preferable)
- Nice to Have: Experience with One Identity Manager, experience in the financial industry and the implementation of regulatory requirements (BaFin)
