Aufgaben:


Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir aktuell einen System Architecture Engineer im Bereich electric Aux. Dieses Projekt findet zu Beginn zu mindestens 50% Remote statt und dieser Anteil wird sich im Laufe des Projektes erhöhen.



Aufgaben:

- Concept- and System Architecture Development for electric Auxiliaries (E-Motor, Inverter, SW, Mechanic, additional hydraulic, pneumatic) according ASPICE (Sys.3) in Enterprise Architect or PTC-Modeler

- Participation at Stakeholder-, System Requirements development as input for System Architecture Design

- Generation of System Architect Specification based on data from ALM-Tools (Polarion, PTC,…) and from System Architect Designs from Enterprise Architect or PTC-Modeler

- Evaluation of System Architect Design by technical analysis, modelling, simulation, benchmarking

- Planning, organization and coordination of System Architect Designs with project teams

- Coordination, lead and documentation customer meetings regarding Requirements Engineering

- Ensure compliance of process requirements for System Architect Design according ASPICE and ISO26262

- Analysis, specification, coordination of System Architect Design for electric Auxiliaries (EMotor, Inverter, SW, additional hydraulic, pneumatic) with project teams according ASPICE incl. Change Management

- Further development, improvement and training of System Architect processes, tools and support ASPICE process group

- Further development, improvement of System Architect processes, tools

- Perform trainings in System Architect Design and support ASPICE process group

Anforderungen:


+ Education with diploma/master in power electronic, mechatronic, electric drive engineering, system engineering or similar

+ At least 5 years of experience in development of automotive mechatronic systems with E-Motor (10W up to 5000W) and integrated power electronics

+ Excellent experience in System Architect Design according ASPICE of mechatronicsystems (e.g. auxiliary systems), -subsystems (e-motor, Inverter)

+ Very good knowhow and practical experience with FOC for PMSM (12V, 48V, 800V) ideally with model based development methods

+ Very good experience in related Tools, e.g. Enterprise Architect or PTC-Modeler

+ Very good experience in most important auxiliary main functions and safety related functions

+ Good experience in Inverter HW- & SW-Design (HW- & SW-Architecture, functions)

+ Ideally knowhow about System Requirements Engineering and Tools (ALM-Tool Polarion, PTC RV&S) as well in system integration of HW, SW and mechanical components for electric Auxiliaries

+ Experience in planning development tasks and coordinating cross-functional teams

+ Good knowledge about product development processes (Automotive SPICE & ISO26262)

+ Well-structured work style, excellent communication skills, results orientated, analytical and problem solving skills

+ Fluent English in speaking and writing
