We are looking for fluent German and English candidate for the role of SAP Service Delivery Manager in Germany.Location: Flexible within Germany ( Candidate should be able to travel little bit if required)
Fulltime and Contract role both
Job Description:
• As part of your project manager activities in application management, you are the first point of contact for our customers and their holistic support
• Coordination and contact persons together with our sales department and Delivery units
• Ensuring delivery capability/implementation and delivery responsibility
• Responsibility for maintenance services (availability, SLA, budget)
• Identification of the need for optimization and further development
• Responsibility for tasks in complex (SAP) projects
• Management of your own team and implementation of customer workshops
Your profile
• Completed technical or commercial studies or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in application management
• Experience in dealing with SAP products, ideally also SAP S4/HANA products
• Experience in planning, budgeting and controlling
• Very good communication, moderation and presentation skills in German and English
• Customer orientation, leadership, team and conflict skills
• Project-related willingness to travel requires us
• Leadership responsibility is desirable, but not a condition
