Description:
"We're looking for an experienced training & organizational change expert for the M2M project. Among his/her primary responsibilities are the identification of training requirements from all involved stakeholder and the definition/coordination/monitoring of overarching and market-specific training measures. Furthermore, the training expert is responsible for creating reusable training documents.
Lastly, he/she must be able to constantly evaluate training effectiveness and to incorporate lessons learned and testing results into the training scope."
"- Proven experience in designing training concepts and stakeholder management
- Extensive knowledge of learning principles
- Familiarity with traditional/modern training methods, tools and techniques
- Great communication skills and a keen understanding of psychology basics (behavior of learners and signs of comprehension)"
