If you are looking for a new opportunity and you are a agile coach then I have a excellent position for you.
Ideally you will be located in Berlin or be able to go on site in Berlin a couple of days a week.
The contract will be 6 months +
English speaking project.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- You have at least 5-7 years work experience in the areas of E-commerce and agile consulting/coaching (including moderation and facilitation of agile formats) or similar.
- Hands-on experience as an Agile Coach dealing with project management methods within business teams in a diverse and fast growing work environment
- You have a profound knowledge of agile methods and you are experienced in adapting them into the specific needs of tech organizations taking (cross-) functional business teams and their different demands into consideration
- Excellent communicative skills and analytical skills,
- You are able to build bridges and at the same time moderate and point out very precise solutions
- Build trust and resolve conflict effectively
- You go beyond the standard Agile textbook examples, constantly challenge the status quo and look for continuous improvements.
