- Core competence in the field of power electronics development, very good knowledge, and technical overview regarding system design at hardware level.
- Analysis of the system and hardware requirements in coordination with the customer
- Product development life cycle experience. Analysis of the system and hardware requirements and defining the hardware scope.
- Proficient in Hardware Life cycle, EMI/EMC compliance
- Proficient in analog circuit technology, Inverter designs, Technical innovations
- Requirements capture and analysis of the requirements, elaboration of the component design and creation of specifications as well as the technical evaluation in
coordination with the project team and final approval of the developments
- Strong technical communication with cross functional team, customers, and suppliers
- Experience in providing cost optimized solutions in the product development phase
- German Language proficiency
- Good communication skills and assertiveness

- Engineering degree in electrical engineering with a focus on power electronics
- 10+ years of professional experience in the field of development of circuit modules for controlling power semiconductors in the automotive sector
