Tasks:• Administration of the supplier portal (e.g. changing master data, maintaining contacts in the system)
• Creation of new articles in the system
• Assistance in processing invoices
• Requesting relevant quality documents
• Editing of patterns
• Support in handling complaints
• Contract management
• Support with inquiries and tenders
Your profile:
• Completed training as an industrial clerk (or similar training / degree) and initial experience in purchasing
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Ability to work in a team and reliability
• Independent and responsible work
• Good communication, organizational and coordination skills
• Very good written and spoken English
