Job Description
The Integration Manager ensures cross-team and cross-application integration of the new containerized production environment project, including connected projects like SAP ERP. With a high level of technical domain expertise in operations he works cross-functional through the application and project life cycle to ensure consistent processes delivered according to our standards and across the application landscape.
Responsibilities
- Manages stakeholders as well as decision makers.
- Maintains a business process master list.
- Responsible for identifying, analyzing preparing and documenting required decisions, options and outcomes
- Picks up new requirements and supports the organization in building up the required structures and resources to handle it in the long-term
- Designs and documents the end-to-end process scenarios and ensures suitability to the requirements of the global process owners and domain system architects.
- Ensures integration topics are identified and responsibilities are assigned across the teams and applications. Drives the resolution of issues.
- Ensures the coordination of technically required simultaneous activities in the project across applications, e.g. testing and go-live Activities
- Responsible for the successful end-to-end testing activities in the project
- Supports the project team in the development and alignment of the project plan
Skills
- Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent with at least 7 years of relevant experience in pharma, operations and GxP in IT or process management
- Experienced manufacturing project and Integration Manager with Know-How about SAP, LIMS, MES and other satellite systems
- Strong project, stakeholder and communication management skills, leadership capabilities
- Very goods pharma and biotechnology process knowledge
- GxP and Computer System Validation
