ProjectThe service is requested as part of the AH (Animal Health) Product Readiness Process, specifically focusing on the Pet para requests. The process and corresponding IT (Information Technology) tool have the purpose to support the Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) creation for commercialization in different markets around the world. Product launches are the lifeblood of our Animal Health business and critical pillar of our Growth Strategy. Product readiness allow us to bring those launches to life.
The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor.
Related activities below are centered around the independent processing of product readiness requests as per defined lead times (defined for the whole AH business unit as part of the product readiness process):
Tasks
- SKU creation initiation for Pet Para "Product Readiness requests as per product readiness process in the provided IT tool based on the IT tool template and on data provided by the Product Readiness responsible contact
- Regular, independent follow-up and monitoring of the status of these requests followed by final approval of the request in the system
- Creation and maintenance of status tracker to monitor and manage progress, backlogs, risks and obstacles of the created requests (status tracker should be created in Excel or MS Planner)
- Monthly handover of work to Project Manager (PM). PM to review, Freelancer to include content from review and final handover to PM
The nature of the product readiness request are, typically, of the following nature:
- Product Readiness for new global sales presentations
- Product Readiness based on existing global sales presentation (i.e. geo expansions)
- Extension of existing Finished Goods SKU with or without registration requirements (Tender/Import)
Skills
- Affinity with workflow systems
- Know-how in MS Excel - analytics and mass data processing
- Science/Business/Engineering related degree or apprenticeship in a similar area, combined with minimum 3 years working experience
- Strong working knowledge of MS office products
- Detail oriented, analytical, organized, strong communication skill, solid technical capabilities
