Your Tasks
- E2E support of problem managemet with focus area of build problem tickets
- creatation of problem tickets
- validation of problem ticket with categorization, perform & documentation of root cause analysis with defintion of a solution
- review the realization of the solution & close of problem ticket problem management processes, if available
