- The localisation team translates all international master assets for all advertising campaigns and other content packages into assets that can be used and implemented within all the customer countries. Due to the high number of campaigns being released at the moment and during the coming 6 months, the team needs to make sure countries can launch their campaigns as planned. Any delay on our side, cause loss of budget on the VG side as media need to be cancelled (without compensation) or rescheduled at a cost.

Main tasks:
- Content audit: within the company brand audit, BCX needs to ‘clean’ the database that holds all advertising materials. All materials that are outdated need to be identified and consequently put on inactive.
- Overlooking the communication in VGs during campaign rollout and processing of additional special requests from markets
- Preparation, setup and project management of localization projects
- Order management during campaign rollout
- Coordination of Content audit project: align different stakeholders, manage timeline and deadlines, provide status updated etc.
Main qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in project management
- Experience and knowledge in MS office tools (especially Excel), preferably above basic knowledge
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience in marketing and/or roll out projects of any kind is desirable
- (Basic) knowledge of video editing software (e.g. Adobe AfterEffects, Adobe Premiere), is an adantage, no user knowledge necessary
