Description:Our client is a payment system management company. They've been recently acquired by Visa and are looking for a *Corporate IT Integration Consultant.*
You will support Corporate IT of an acquisition into Visa from different angles spanning laptop adoption, corporate network approach, authentication, corporate application integration, data migration, data archiving, etc.
You will take a lead (strategic and tactical) role to deliver different workstreams. While being extensively involved in hands-on activities including POCs, design, documentation, requirements gathering, testing the approach, validating success criteria and communicating with stakeholders you will also be driving the project forward.
While this role is not specifically an enterprise, data or security architect, the incumbent should have general knowledge in these domains to partner with peers in the organization to design complete and sound integration plans.
Requirements:
- Track record of managing technology projects
- Good technical understanding of enterprise, data and security architectures in the Corporate IT space
- A plus is prior experience from acquisitions / integrations
- A plus is experience administering all or some of the following tools: Jira, Confluence , Google GSuite (GDrive, Gmail), Microsoft Suite (Outlook, OneDrive)
Tasks:
- Build a good relationship with the acquired entity and relevant functions inside Visa. You work closely with them create the as-is and to-be vision for each acquisition integration project from a corporate IT and tools perspective.
- Work with the Project Management Office to design technology roadmaps and make sure they are communicated to all stakeholders proactively and clearly. For end-users specifically you create clear communication on what to expect when.
·- Do hands on work to advance the integration where necessary. For example: You will make sure we register all technology tools that are used by the acquisition into Visa’s central Technology Governance portal. This will include screening the currently used applications, defining the target state and supporting the registration of these tools.
- Establish and lead a governance process to track our progress and manage deviations from the M&A Integration strategy, principles and models
- Collaborate on a regular basis with subject matter experts in Cyber Security, Operations & Infrastructure and Product Development to insure parallel strategic objectives do not interrupt acquisition integration strategies
- Represent the Corporate IT M&A Integration team in executive briefings, project status, and cross-functional integration workshops
- Regularly collect feedback from the end-users and stakeholders and identify and implement opportunities in the program that will drive improvements in performance, scalability, reliability, security and re-usability.
