For our Client we are looking for a Process Manager/ Consultant/ Coach (m/w/d).We are looking for a consultant who will help the “new” process managers to be onboarded into their new roles. The Job descriptions and Governance model is already defined.
Main Task:
- Analysis of the Process Managers back-pack, the current work load and roles and responsibilities. (Some work has already started)
Deliverable: “Backpack” Analysis
- Identify and execute off-boarding and handover of tasks to free up time for employees to spend time on Process Manager role.
Deliverable: Free up required time for process manager
- Onboarding of process managers into new roles, implement governance model and setup interface with TCS. (Coaching process managers in BAU)
Deliverable: Successfully onboard and setup structure for interface with the Provider
- Train Process Managers in ITIL process basics (if needed).
Deliverable: Ensure Process Managers has correct level of competence
- Support Process manager in build up of operational dashboard in ServiceNow
Deliverable: Operational dashboard in ServiceNow to steer each process 360 degree.

Requirements:
- Project Language: English
- Certification: ITIL, CCAr, MCA nice to have
