HCM-Solution Architect (m/f/d)

Duration: 8 MM+
Main tasks:
- Creating architecture-compliant solution strategy (e.g. feasibility study) for Global HCM that conform both to customer requirements and solution development standards (which may include RFIs, RFPs, prototype development), selecting the most optimal option, and the development of a roadmap for the selected solution
- Analyzing and designing of technical, application and technology architectures in alignment with the IT architecture principles for delivery on the project
- Taking into account the requirements in terms of performance, monitorability, auditability, security environment, etc.
- Review of cost and design optimized solution designs based on rigorous understanding of costs and returns
- Ensure that expected application quality attribute levels are achieved
- Communicating solution concepts to all levels of management, stakeholders and collaborating and coordinating with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of IT standards and procedures
Main qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of the HCM Solution (technical side & business process aspects)
- Understand what the business wants and if this is possible to arrange technically and ask if it makes sense what the providers promises
- Experienced in global/international implementation of HCM
- Experience with HR technologies, e.g. "Talentsoft" and how to implement them
- Kofax knowledge or similar knowledge is a plus
- Business fluent in English - German skills are beneficial
