Experience in implementation of Microsoft dynamics for Contact Center and management of Contact CenterNeeds to play a duel role - Project development and data development for the program
Interact with different stake holders from business side and the IT side for the implementation
Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Dynamics in implementations and also in the Admin side
Must be seen as the leading expert on the product - MSD.
Once after implementation he will play a role as an
• Product owner for Europe contact center
• Will create road map future front end development
• Understand the flows, liaise with IT and other program managers.
• Representing the business, how to evolve the tool worldwide and how this will be model for the other regions
