Program Manager - BPO / BPaaS / Banking / Transformation - vacancy for our Ticino based client in the technology sector.Your experience/skills:
- Extensive Program Management experience
- Profound knowledge in transformation programs as well as stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to communicate on the most senior level
- Banking / Investment Banking business background is a must
- Broad knowledge in BPO / BPaaS and capability to discuss with SMEs and team leads
- Solid understanding of banking regulatory and legal requirements across Europe, CH and Asia
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken; Italian is a plus
Your tasks:
- Taking over the program lead and driving the activities to conclusion
- Reviewing the strategy and providing suggestions for further implementations
- Handling risks and issues as well as evaluating the impact of changes in the planning of the project
- Managing meetings agenda, ensuring relevant governance bodies are scheduled for each decision
- Ensuring that proper project methodologies, tools and best practices are implemented in all projects in scope and supervising the alignment of project plans, managers and team activities
- Conducting the deployment and training of all project planning tools and ensuring decision sharing within the organisation, including presenting mitigation plans and alternatives
