Location: Düsseldorf
Tasks:
- Support and deliver the agreed roll-out plan of activities required to the implementation of Closed Loop Management System (CLMS) in the 6 CCGT Power Stations and the Central CCGT Performance Team in Düsseldorf
- Support training delivery to build capabilities in the CCGT Fleet within Performance Management and Performance Dialogues
- Facilitate CLMS workshops with local Power Station Core Teams to develop and install an effective Management System Structure, including a clear KPI cascade and defined Roles & Responsibilities
- Support design and installation of Visual Performance Boards, and develop effective Performance Dialogue meeting structures
- Install and coach Performance Dialogues and provide feedback to ensure meeting effectiveness and efficiency
- Assist with identifying performance gaps and generating actions into tangible continuous improvement initiatives/projects
- Coach Plant Leadership and Core Team members to create a culture of accountability to results, Team empowerment and continuous improvement
- Train Local Core team members in Structured Problem Solving methodology
- Build local OE Navigator capability to ensure continuity and sustainability of the Closed Loop Management System after ended Operational Excellence Team support
Requirements:
- Superior understanding of strategy deployment, performance management design & implementation
- Ability to challenge local Senior Management on System Thinking, Customer Value focus, VA/NVA activities, KPI steering structures, current "Ways of Working" and Leadership behaviours
- Ability to teach problem solving methodology
- Strong coaching skills
- German Speaker (fluency)
Senior Manager or above preferred
