We are looking for a dedicated andmotivated Agile Project Manager (m/f/d).

Your hard- and software
- IT education (HTL, Fachhochschule, University)
- Expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to use both methods in a harmonized way
- A proven track record of more than 8 years implementing complex software development projects with high quality
- Experience overseeing project teams with at least 15-20 team members
- Good understanding of software delivery models and integration concepts
- Passion to drive collaboration in an intercultural environment
- Result orientation and willingness to perform
- Very good English skills
- Willingness to travel
Your tasks
- Lead a development project in our core business area tolling with a global development team on several sites
- Define and set clear and measurable project objectives with realistic time, budget, scope in agreement with the project sponsor and the project owner
- Initialize, plan, organize, execute, control and close the project within the project lifecycle
- Enable and ensure Agile working methods in the development team
- Build and maintain project team motivation with focus on development priorities creating business value
- Achieve a high level of performance and quality
- Manage a wide range of stakeholders
- Establish and ensure the communication within the project and externally with the stakeholders
The minimum salary for this position is€ 70.000,- gross per annum, with the willingness to overpay based on yourqualifications and experience.
