Skill set:
- Experience with Software Architecture
- Experience on coaching /training other architects
- Experience is documenting and maintaining software architecture
- SEI's software architecture knowledge
- Understand ISO/IEC 25010: Systems and Software Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE) and its use in practice
- Knowledgeable in healthcare related standards (HL7, ASTM, FHIR, POCT-1A)
- Communication, moderation and facilitation skills
- Familiar with agile software development practices, ideally with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Stakeholders Management Experience
- University or higher technical college degree in IT engineering or equivalent (computer science or electrical engineering)
- Acted as coach and trainer to improve the organizational skills
Nice to have:
- Pharma experience
