Recruitment Specialist - In-house wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- 2+ years' practice in in-house recruiting, preferably with responsibility for roles in Operations including Middle Office, Back Office etc.
- Background within the financial services field is beneficial
- Profound applicant management skills
- Prior experience working with Brassring is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high request volumes with a passion for Human Resources and high-quality service delivery
- Languages: fluent German, English and French written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Managing the entire recruitment process for Operations
- Finding and hiring suitable candidates for our business
- Ensuring a seamless recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Collaborating with colleagues in other HR teams
- Overseeing all requests in Brassring
