QA Compliance Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry or equivalent coupled with GMP training within pharmaceutical sector
- 2+ years' working experience in Quality Assurance or experience in pharmaceutical production, quality control or supply chain
- Strong change management skills and knowledge in SAP
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is advantageous
Your tasks:
- Ensuring compliance with GxP and regulatory requirements and improvement of quality relevant processes within the company's Supply Chain coupled with driving the optimisation and standardisation of the quality of end to end supply chain processes
- Defining GxP relevant training as well as Operational Quality Manual and the processes within supply chain, such as deviation, complaint and escalation
- Managing the planning and execution of self-inspections, coordinating of external HA inspections or global audits and performing QA decisions of deviations and complaints
- Supporting implementation of new versions of Quality Modules including GOPs/SOPs update coordination, quality systems implementation and maintenance including SOP management system and any compliance systems
- Assuring that records are archived according to defined process and timelines
- Reporting and collecting Key Quality Indicators on time for relevant processes, providing QA oversight to ensure that GxP training and organisation charts are updated regularly
