We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who has first experience in project management of individual SW Development projects or experience in similar roles.Common skills:
Diligent, well-organized, structured, team-oriented, motivated and self-organized; sense for leadership;
Methodology / processes
Good basic project management knowhow; Good basic knowhow of agile methodologies like Scrum; Good understanding of SW engineering processes with focus on SW individual development; Basic knowhow of Qaulity Management;
Experiences/Interesting in working together with the client
very good communication skills
Language:
German (very good reading & writing skills)
English (fluent reading & writing skills)
Able to understand specifications, IT design documents, use case descriptions and UML diagrams
Knowledge in enterprise customer individual software development projects based on agile approach like Scrum
Nice to have:
Scrum experience
PMI process knowhow
Automotive Aftersales process knowhow
