Work Experience:? BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
? Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing mobile application/portfolio delivery.
? At least 5 years in total experience in digital project management, client services, or other similar agency roles.
? Must be a Certified Scrum Master.
? Should have working experience with Agile project management tools, code quality tools and test management tools
? Must have experience managing challenging customers on a day to day basis
? Ability to propose, review and validate the App design
? Demonstrated experience working for large organizations on complex multiple projects (Apps).
? Knowledge and use of analytical skills and problem solving skills needed to manage multiple factors on a project simultaneously.
? Should be a very good team player
? Strong team working skills across client, supplier and geographically dispersed culturally diversified virtual teams.
? Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships.
? Ability to facilitate change management with teams.
? Experience in Agile/Scrum based apps delivery
? Must be proficient in English (Read/Write/Speak)
Roles & Responsibility:
? Responsible for Detailed Application Estimates
? Review and approve technical roadmap and project milestones, timeline and resources
? Responsible for cost, time and quality of deliverables for the projects in his/her portfolio
? Liaise with the various stakeholders, UI/UX, solution and technical architect, business analysts and development team lead facilitate the conceptualization of the app, business case validation, feasibility analysis and all aspects of delivery
? Organizing and driving the daily scrum meetings
? Prioritize development resources to focus on the activities of high risks and that are on project’s critical path
? Plan the project based on a defined need - results in detailed scope/budget/schedule baseline
? Monitor and control the work to ensure that the project remains on track and in control
? Ensure that quality project standards are met as prescribed by IT Services through the effective implementation or use of approved processes, methodologies and deliverables
? Perform gate reviews and quality assurance reviews with all aspects.
? Responsible for overall project execution and delivery of projects
? Ensuring that the productivity and reusability requirements are met by the Development Lead
? Ensuring that the SLAs and KPIs as agreed upon are met at the project level
? Overall Project Management activities for every project in their delivery portfolio
? Project stakeholder communication
? Keeps management informed of project progress and problems, particularly as to needed changes in schedule, resources, or product.
