Will be primarily responsible for1. Design and delivery Process Improvement engagements by facilitating the “Future State” process design and the modeling for clients.
2. Taking the clients to the next level of process maturity in terms “implementation” of improved processes, automation of processes through BBPM solutions.
3. As a secondary responsibility, the Consultant would be required to support the Business Development teams in pre-sales activities by providing functional and technical support to the BD team in building the right solutions based on the client requirements.
4. The successful candidate will work directly with India based Operations team and servicing clients in Germany and India prospects and partners to help identify the fit between the BPM tool based solution and the client's needs, design the optimal solution, and demonstrate that solution.
The role will require the BPM Consultant to:
• Fluent in German language – Written & Verbal (it is must to have skill)
• Understand and articulate complex business issues, and address them with appropriate solutions
• Contributed to best approach strategies for BPM implementation based on Process Analysis.
• Experience in Pre-sales, Architecting proactive solutions, supporting clients with value-adds.
• Lead/participate in development of POC’s, prototypes, presentations to customers on various BPM tools
• Familiarity with any two BPM frameworks viz APQC, eTOM, SCOR, ITIL, SOOX, IFRS, BASEL II,
• Experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Previous experience with one or more BPM tools like Appian, ARIS, Visio, CaseWise, Metastorm, Intalio, Skelta, etc.
• Conduct POC based on requirements using BPM tool.
• Ensure a smooth transition between pre-sales work and post-sales consulting and technical support
• Deliver business and technical presentations to any client at the executive, decision-making level
• Help provide training to Customers, Prospects and Partners
• Develop tools typically used by pre-sales professionals, including presentations, demonstrations, demonstration scripts, etc.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Management with at least 7-10 years of experience on any Enterprise Solution product suite
• A good understanding off the BPM philosophy and the various applications of BPM systems
• Team player with capability to work independently
• High energy and positive e attitude
