PR Project Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- University Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business or English or similar public relations qualification
- 5+ years of work experience in Project Management
- Commercial training , such as Swiss Association of Commercial Employees, business school or equivalent like other vocational qualification
- Profound background as an Administrative Expert in conjunction with relevant additional career training
- Solid IT Skillset and excellent administrative skills as well as MS office skills, advanced PPT skills is beneficial
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German or French is a plus
Your tasks:
- Performing Project Management, such as creating and coordinating timelines and action plans for major priority projects related to product launches and reputation
- Identifying potential synergies along with being responsible for Team coordination, remote and part-time contributors to ensure that they stay connected to each other as well as on track with shared goals and deadlines
- Preparing regular updates, guidance and solicit input, CPOs comms leads on upcoming milestones and issues, assisting and providing Stakeholder Management as well as comms & advocacy updates for franchise leadership teams and executives
- Reviewing and preparing budgets and SOWs coupled with managing financial reporting for quarterly earnings, such as 20-F or IFR
- Submitting and providing web and social media content requests coupled with assisting social listening and content performance measurement using Social Studio
- Maintaining and supporting media and issues, such as constantly updating CommsSource, coordinating responses to issues, managing reviews and approvals along with assisting with press release reviews and approvals
