Manufacturing Expert wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- MSc. or equivalent Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biotechnology, with focus on pharmaceutical technology, PhD is advantageous
- 3+ years of industry experience in dosage forms development and GMP manufacturing of dosage forms
- Experience with sterile, parenteral depot and topical dosage forms is desirable
- Expertise in the development of drug delivery systems coupled with profound understanding of regulatory and cGMP
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Planning and supervising of clinical supply in adherence with GMP requirements and project timelines as well as delivering GMP compliant documentation and supporting worldwide registration processes
- Providing front line support for manufacturing, focusing on manufacturing processes and executing each batch safely, on time and in compliance with batch instructions and quality requirements
- Troubleshooting process related issues, leading product and process related investigations and deviations, including complaints actions
- Testing critical variables and ensuring that process technical batches generate sufficient process knowledge and that all significant parameters are within written instruction
- Maintaining processes at inspection readiness level and providing support in any internal or external audit
- Supporting the execution of process validations, re-validations and short-term improvement projects
