Training Coordinator I&C wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in communication, business, learning or similar, preferably with practical knowledge in I&C
- Skillset in Project Management with use of appropriate tools and technologies
- Basic knowledge of Change Management, Facilitation and Presentations
- Ability to learn from training related best practices and transfer for innovations on current projects
- Strength to work with cross functional and cross cultural teams within a matrix organisation
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a big plus
Your tasks:
- Supporting the I&C training team in projects, including the development and implementation of compliance related training programs
- Conducting I&C training projects and activities for the support of roll-out and communication of I&C owned policies and guidelines
- Fulfilling project planning and implementation with stakeholder involvement, communication, identification of success metrics / KPIs, feedback mechanisms as well as evaluation use of digital assets
- Planning and implementing training projects within agreed timeframes and budget
- Ensuring quality of project planning and implementation based on customer feedback
