Training Administrator wanted for our Fribourg based client in the pharmaceutical industry.Your experience/skills:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance / Accounting, Marketing or in another relevant discipline
- Experience with system / product (ERP / SAP) deployments coupled with profound knowledge of system / product training methodologies and execution practices
- Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo together with a results oriented approach
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Working with the APL training master to assure the local training deliverables following the global approach
- Supporting IRIS project teams in the review of global training materials and in the creation of additional training documents as well as tracking their delivery
- Establishing and coordinating RTPM (Role to Position Mapping), aligning it with security roles and taking into consideration the end user future position
- Developing the TNA (Training Needs Analysis), the TPL (Training Plan) and related sources (facilities, hardware, etc.)
- Managing training logistics and monitoring training attendance, feedback, GxP assessments making sure all critical users were trained
