Study Impact US GAAP
Target:
Analyze required changes to implement US GAAP sufficient accounting & controlling feasible implementation project proposal that should include alternatives
a. US GAAP conversion for the period closing of the deal (end of July)
b. end of stub period Sep 30
c. in between 01.08. to 30.09.
Scope:
21 Company Codes on 4 ERP systems
Timeline:
Study completed by 30.06.2018

Senior with profound experiences and references of fiscal year adjustments in FI+CO

Go-Live latest 01.10.2018 (dependent on study results, topic 2.a-2.c).
