• To create the solution architecture and design
• Set up the Enterprise Search Strategy, taxonomy and Web analytics.
• Lead the product evaluations and selection process
• Define the platform migration strategy
• Propose improvement methodology, technique and tools (BPM, LEAN, Six Sigma, Re-engineering etc.)
