Aufgaben:
We are looking for an engaged person with a strong faible for \\\\\\\"number crunching\\\\\\\" in Excel (Office 10). You will support a committed team in PLZ3* heavily involved in planning and reporting activities for the IT Business Services. You will focus on collecting data for planning and reporting from our internal stakeholders, importing the data in central Excel tools, consolidating, analysing and further processing the information for our planning and reporting products. The results of your activities will be used to create (powerpoint) documentations for our senior management (incl. EBS Board of Management, Supervisory Board and Group Management Controlling). In addition You will be taking care of further optimizing our Excel tool set to reduce errors and free up resources for value add activities.

- Good communication skills to interact with team members and other stakeholders
- Ability to prepare documentation based on reportin analyses
