Gesucht wird ein Projektmanagement SupportKey tasks
* Support project coordination at Tuttlingen site
* Coordinating/supporting different work streams onsite (i.e. IT, Operations, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Labelling etc.)
* Support project management
* Support labelling activities (label printers) and quality documentation requirements
* Establish master file data; data entry for UDI (Unique Device Identification)
* Communication to project leader in Swiss
* Coordination of work together with project lead in Swiss
* Data administration
* Support IT
Education/Experience Requirements
* Mechanical engineering technician, mechanical engineer or similar education
* Minimum 2-3 years of work experience within the healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical or food industry
* Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
* Experience with label printing and laser technology
* Good team player/ coordination skills between offshore and onsite
* Excellent verbal and written skills in German
* Good English skills
* Experience with FDA related issues would be a plus
Travel Requirements
* 10% mostly between Swiss and Tuttlingen
