Perform required configurations & or Installation as per Windchill & related systems Architecture
Enable QA Lead to prepare Test Plan and perform validations
>Strategize and plan deployments and updates
>Receive patches and builds
>Perform different monitoring activities for application and licenses
>Sharing reports on License and application usage
>Performing analysis wherever and whenever needed
>Managing any issues with licenses
>Communicate and act in case of issue/alert and Analyze, resolve or escalate such issues
