Beschreibung

We are looking for two Insurance Incident Manager for our partner company in Munich.



Your potential client offers a wide range of insurance and fund products to over 85 million customers in more than 70 countries. The Insurance Group is a global financial services provider with services predominantly in the insurance and asset management business



Assignment



The Board function Business Transformation controls and bundles the international project portfolio for implementation of strategic Insurance target platforms for Core Insurance, web-based access ("oneWeb"), and central functions. Business Transformation will serve as an interface for Insurance OEs to jointly implement the strategic projects. The function will strive to create synergies for Insurance Group by harmonizing platform standards and IT landscape. The Incident Manager will account for and coordinate the overall Incident process to ensure an stable production environment.




Key responsibilities





  • Definition, establishment, controlling and ongoing optimization as well as execution of the release and change-process in reconciliation with all parties involved




  • Responsible and accountable (single point of contact) for all incoming Incidents and the overall Incident backlog (first escalation instance for operative issues or failures)




  • Ensure right communication management to all internal and external stakeholders




  • Manage efficient cooperation with functional and technical teams for the prioritization of Incidents and the delivery / deployment of coordinated fixes on time




  • Monitoring and ongoing optimization, as well as execution of Incident processes in alignment with the project team and all stakeholders




  • Responsible for Incident reporting (Status reports, Management analysis, statistics)





Key requirements / skills / experience





  • Very good process management skills and qualification (PhD, MBA, Diploma)




  • 2-4 years of professional experience in international IT Projects and/or Incident Management




  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills




  • High technological affinity and functional process understanding




  • Self-sufficient and customer-centric working style




  • Well-developed social skills and cross-cultural experience




  • Excellent experience on IT implementation projects
