Validation Engineer (Labview) - Remote - 6mth Contract
My German based client, a global market leader within their sector are looking to recruit a Validation Engineer (x2) to join their busy/expanding project.
The work itself can be performed 100% Remote.
The role can be described as follows:
Responsibilites:
- Translating measurement requirements into SW functions and Test Code in Labview
- Adapting test SW code for new tests configuring and measuring a mixed-signal IC
- Testing the SW on a 77 GHz automotive radar chip
- Review results from tests with design engineers
- Maintain reports with test results
Preferred skills:
- Familiar with programming languages to remotely control lab instruments (C++, Matlab, Labview)
- Familiar with an electronics lab
- Knowledge of Python for analysing test results
- Capability to work independently and accurately
- Capability to effectively interact with a large number of people with different backgrounds and roles
Your Profile:
- B.Sc./M.Sc.(preferred) of Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, High Frequency Technology or similar
- Familiar with programming languages (C++, Matlab, Labview, Python)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of High Frequency Technology preferred
- Interest to work in a multinational Team
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Good communication skills
