Role: UX Specialist
Duration: 6 months Initially
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Skills & Description:
- Experience leading, inspiring and guiding junior UX design professionals. Overseeing junior designs on larger projects
- Line and project management experiences
- Recent hands-on UX lead experience - will also be required to deliver UX outputs
- Worked within an agile/lean UX process delivery and environment
- Full comprehensive knowledge UX design process
- Comfortable with communicating with stakeholders as well as producing quality UX deliverables to communicate design direction
- Experience collaborating closely with visual designers, researchers and technology professionals to arrive at the best possible solutions
- Used to and is comfortable with complex UI problems within technical constraints
- Fluency in German is mandatory
