- Install and maintain z/OS LPAR's and additional SW products - z/OS base system operations- Analyse problem situations and implement/find solutions by using available system tools and docuemantation (e.g. CMF, SMF, Logs, Mainview, JES2, working together with vendors IBM/ISV, delivering and gathering requested system data, checking system status, implementing fixes etc.)
- z/OS implementation and daily maintenance (defining subsystems, JES2, LPA, LNKLST, authorized libraries, SMP/E, TSO/ISPF, WLM etc.)
- DFSMS (HSM, RMM, ACS routines, z/OS storage concepts)
- Sysplex Skill (Baseplex, Parallelsysplex, XCF, GRS, Logger)
