Task:- program infrastructure management (resource requests, financial reporting, administrative contracting)
- supporting the program lead in terms of meeting minutes, presentations
- regular validation of the program's health together with the program lead
- Service desk tasks:
- receive information
- track due dates
Requirements (Must have):
- Highly structured work approach according to the QMS standards
- Good in visualizing (ppt)
- Communication skills
- Englisch skills
