Aufgabe:- successful migration onto Sabre and future topbonus Marketing Projects
- Contribute to a smooth cutover to the Sabre PSS
- Responsible for a successful migration of related loyalty products to Sabre (e.g. Redemption, Status
Benefits)
- Work closely with the DomainManager Loyalty to define and implement topbonus benefits to the Sabre PSS
- Define together with technical stakeholders the technical requirements and the demands of our frequent traveler program based on business requirements
- Drives and improves our frequent traveler program towards an enhanced global player
- Works with latest technology and secures the future of an successful loyalty program
- Implement and define new features for our frequent traveler program
- Interact directly with both internal and external stakeholders associated with the Loyalty program
- Interact directly with both internal and external stakeholders associated to the Sabre project
- Documentation of functionalities, processes and procedures as well as reporting of project progress
Anforderung:
- Strong understanding of organizational structure and the critical inter-dependencies between corporate
departments (eg RES, DCS, Inventory, Pricing, Distribution, loyalty)
- Technical understanding of related reservation components – PNRs, ticketing/VCRs, EMDs, fares &
pricing
- Familiarity with the complex architecture and landscape of loyalty systems – including global alliances, equity alliances, frequent flyer partnerships, code-share partnerships and interline agreements
- Ability to work in an international team - reads, writes and speaks English fluently
Wünschenswert:
- basic experience using Sabre and/or Amadeus host systems
- Previous experience using various GDS products (Sabre, Amadeus, Worldspan, Travelport, Galileo, etc)
