Beschreibung
Aufgabe:The role is concerned with the project portfolio of our client. One of the key projects to focus on this year is the HRT Program (=HR Transformation; its goal is to deliver a global HR organization for our client, with standardized roles, harmonized HR processes and one single IT platform). Key responsibilities include:
- Establish and manage the clients project organization
- Coordinate technical integration (incl. interfaces) with clients experts, contacts and project team
- Develop and manage a change management plan and ensure its execution Stakeholder analysis and management
Process/ technical training plan for the client (HR professionals, managers, staff)
- Develop and manage communications plan
- Act as an interface to project teams and workstreams
- Establish and manage the clients HR project portfolio and management reporting
