Task:- Central PMO support for the Finance Change function that is responsible for the Finance Transformation program within Corporate Center and in particular assumes the tasks of Programme Management and Communication
- Supports the central management team in ad-hoc projects and in a variety of business management activities
- Produces analyses, communication concepts and presentations for senior management
- Coordinates requests with internal partner units
- Ensures smooth day to day business operation, support of implementation / development of action plans and key initiatives
- Assists with organizational tasks
- Administrative Support (templates, minutes etc. for related activities)
Competencies:
- Coordinates and liaises with (senior) partners to drive defined tasks
- Acts independently within own area of processes defined tasks
- Supporting the management by supplying information for making decisions
Requirements (Must have):
- Experience as a PMO in an international environment
- Experience in the banking industry
- 4-5 years work experience in a fast-paced international environment
- Quick grasp and talent in organizing and prioritizing
- Proactive and flexible personality, ability to work well under pressure
- Communicative, motivated, self-starting team player
- Confident, friendly, service orientated and highly articulate
- High negotiation skills in English (international stakeholders), German is an advantage
- No IT / technical background required
