For one of our banking clients we are currently looking for one positions.
Locations: Frankfurt
Start: ASAP
Duration: 2 years
Provide Level 3 technical support to L1,L2 support teams as well supporting infrastructure project teams across uas and emea regions (Solaris, HPUX,AIX/(Redhat, Sussie) Linux infrastructure projects; software applications with support to Dev,back/Front Office teams.
Key tasks
- Interfacing with third party vendors, aligning latest hardware and software technologies.
- Supports San teams on EMC San technologies (RDF, DMX, Symmetric Unix command set)
- Solaris, Sun Cluster, Veritas Volume Manager, Veritas Cluster Server
- Support L1 and L2 teams in-depth technical investigations onshore and offshore.
- Support and assist infrastructure project teams
- Supported the Project/Development team in successful implementation, including automation, standardisation and optimisation of the UNIX server.
- Implementation and configuration of infrastructure hardware/OS builds disk management with LVM and multipath network interfaces.
- Lead the provision of high-level three support major incidents while supporting the technical workflow team onshore and offshore.
- End to End Testing of application and infrastructure from cross site data centre
- DR Failover of application storage and hardware across cross site data centres
