Good afternoon,
I am looking for a senior Transformation Manager with extensive experience in IT Infrastructure Services Transformation, MSP Transitions, and Service Management Modernization. You will lead strategic transformation initiatives for a leading Banking client, driving improvements across Service Desk, Digital Workplace, Network Services, and Data Center Operations through AI, Automation, and DevOps.
Project:
Start: ASAP
Capacity: Full-time
Initial Duration: first contract until 31.05.2027 (extension expected afterwards)
Remote and on-site Share: Frankfurt, Germany (Hybrid - primarily remote with up to 2 days/week on-site)
Preference: Candidates located in Germany or able to travel regularly to Frankfurt
Project languages: English (Fluent)
Responsibilities
- Lead Infrastructure Services Transformation programs and define strategic roadmaps.
- Drive modernization of Service Desk, Digital Workplace, Network, and Data Center operations.
- Implement AI-driven and Automation-led improvements.
- Improve employee experience using Qualtrics/XMO and Nexthink.
- Enhance Service Management processes, governance, KPIs, and operational excellence.
- Advise senior stakeholders and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of IT Infrastructure Services Transformation experience.
- Strong background in MSP / Provider Transition Programs.
- Hands-on experience with SMAX, Qualtrics/XMO, and Nexthink.
- Expertise in Service Desk, Digital Workplace, Network Services, and Data Center Services.
- Strong knowledge of AI Adoption, Automation, and DevOps.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management, Consulting, and Executive Communication skills.
- Experience within Banking or Financial Services environments.
- Fluent English.
