Introduction of S/4 HANA at the Bosch Mobility Company's 180 locations. For this purpose, training courses are to be conceptualized and change activities implemented. The tasks may also include the moderation and coordination of training sessions.Skills:
• you are responsible to orchestrate the trainings in the locations based on the
given training plan
• you conduct CIP on the training plan and enhance it based on your experience
in the deploy project
• you are first contact partner for all trainers in the project
• you collaborate closely with the Training counterpart at the location
• you work closely in a team together with Communication and Change experts
• you gather information and feedback out of the regions, plants, units to cover
the needs of the organization
• you measure the success of the trainings
• deep knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA
• experience in change projects, transformation projects and/or
moderation/workshop/trainings
• a collaborative, open-minded and proactive working mode
• strong skills in organizing and structuring operations
• can-do attitude and a sense for creative approaches
• good communication and presentation skills
• the talent to listen, act and win people
• very good English skills
• willingness to travel
