One of our prestigious clients is currently looking to add a TIBCO MDM Specialist to one of their office's based in Munich, Germany.
Responsibilities
The role is more of Development of New TIBCO MDM Projects along with Service Operations and Service Support
1. Service Support Includes
a) 1. Functional Support - L2 Support
b) 2. Incident Management - L2+L3 support
c) 3. Problem Management - L3 Support
d) 4. Service Request Fulfilment - L2 Support
e) 5. Communication to End Users - L2 Support
2. Service Operations Support Includes - L2 Support
a) Service Monitoring
b) Event and Alert Management
c) Access Management
d) Data Management
3. Development of New TIBCO MDM Projects deliverables include
Creation or Updates to one or more of the following Technical Deliverables
- Deliver Solution/Code
- Service Level Requirement updates contribution
- Service Level Requirement for Product
- Architecture Dossier updates contribution
- Test Plan
- Functional Specification Dossier
- Technical Specification Dossier
- Test Cases Dossier (including test data and test results)
- Design Dossier
- Traceability Matrix
- Service Monitoring Dossier
- Operation Dossier
- IS Deployment Plan
- Installation Dossier
- Configuration Management Plan
